STAFF DEVELOPMENT & QUALITY ASSURANCE SCHEMES
The setting is a member of the Early Year Alliance and works in partnership with the Redbridge Early Years & Improvement Team.
In addition to attending regular training courses organised by the Redbridge Early Years team, the staff also complete online courses run by Educare through the Early Year Alliance.
Little Acorns Preschool has been involved in the “2Year old Quilt Quality Assurance Scheme” programmes run by Redbridge Early Years Team working in partnership with the Brighton and Hove EYCDP.
Little Acorns joined the programme in March 2017 and to date has achieved credits in all the four accreditation modules that the setting has completed.
